An interesting specimen of copper pseudomorphosis after azurite from Rubcovsk, Russia, in which the original azurite mineral was replaced by natural processes with fine crystals of pure copper while retaining the original crystal shape. The specimen dates from 2010-2011; the site has now been mined and reclaimed.
