Fluorite, quartz

A unique combination of green fluorite, snow-white quartz, and light brown muscovite from the now-defunct, flooded Kara Oba site in Kazakhstan. Specimens from this historic site are highly prized by collectors, as the deposit produced a relatively small amount of material that is highly attractive to collectors. The specimen dates from the early 1990s.
