This unusual specimen of dioptase, malachite, and quartz from the Okandawasi site in Namibia comes from KARP’s own mining project. The dioptase crystals grow on quartz crystals and also form inclusions within the quartz. The specimen is dominated by a magnificent, fully preserved, lustrous malachite cluster with a perfect crystalline termination.
