A display of typical ore minerals from the 2nd Soviet mine in Dalnegorsk, Russia, decorated with tiny quartz crystals. It is rare to find so many mineral species in one small specimen. It almost seemed as if they didn’t like each other, and now this! A bright golden chalcopyrite crystal together with well-developed pyrrhotite crystals grow on a sphalerite base complemented by galena.
