A specimen consisting of sphalerite crystals on a quartz base from the 2nd Soviet mine in Dalnegorsk, Russia. Its uniqueness lies in the frequency of twin intergrowths present on the specimen. Twin intergrowths of both sphalerite and quartz crystals occur on it. Quartz forms a Japanese twin on the specimen.
