This remarkable wedge-shaped specimen of mostly transparent dioptase crystals on a quartz matrix from the Okandawasi site in Namibia comes from KARP’s own mining project. Some of the dioptase crystals grow into the quartz crystals, forming delicate inclusions within them. The specimen captivates with its unusual natural shape, striking coloration, and luster.
